As we all know, recruitment processes can be very long and costly. Agito was founded in 2001 in Sweden on the idea to make the recruitment process for healthcare services less painful for both public and private clients. This quickly seemed to be a good idea since the company has been growing ever since the start and today Agito provides their service throughout the Nordic region. 

During a long period of rapid growth its easy to become lazy and get stuck with old ways of doing business which eventually will lead to loss of market shares. To avoid that Agito decided 2017 to invest heavily in transforming their business into a digital frontier. That’s when Agito reached out to Flink and asked if we could set up and manage the digital marketing aspect of their transformation
